New 40mph speed limit for Offenham Rd

For many years, the residents of Aldington have complained about the dangerous junction onto the Offenham Rd, and about 2 years ago, we managed to get a convex mirror fitted on Railway land opposite the junction. 
After much pressure, we have managed to reach agreement with WCC Highways to reduce the speed limit of this road from 60mph to 40mph - see map showing the extent of the new speed limit by clicking on the link below:.
